The storyline tells the story of an alternative world in which the level of development and urbanization begins to reach extreme levels.
All the same levels are available for two friends as in single player mode. There is support for offline multiplayer on one computer with an additional controller. A lot of the mechanics used are really similar to the projects that started the video game industry, for example, the limited number of lives and repetitions, as well as displaying the score on the screen to instantly compare the current result with past attempts. The graphic design, made in a retro style, refers to classic arcade machines and games of a similar theme from the consoles of the last century. Platypus Is a side-scrolling shooter with dynamic gameplay that will impress fans of the genre.
